A reservation is considered as "confirmed" only after the 30% nonrefundable deposit is paid: either in cash, via Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
Minimum length of stay: 3 days.

Every accommodation after 08.00 p.m. and before 08.00 a.m. are surcharge with 10 euro.

Bank Commission surcharge at 5% is calculated for Credit Card payment.
