The apartment comprises of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen corner, a bedroom and a bathroom.

There are all the necessary conveniences : a TV set with a cable TV , internet connection (cable and wireless), air-conditioner and all the other appliances needed for a short and long-term stay.

A reservation is considered as "confirmed" only after the 30% nonrefundable deposit is paid: either in cash, via Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
Minimum length of stay: 3 days.

Every accommodation after 08.00 p.m. and before 08.00 a.m. are surcharge with 10 euro.

Bank Commission surcharge at 5% is calculated for Credit Card payment.
